The people at FedEx are always friendly and ready to help me out when I need a package shipped

Very fast delivery but they leave the packages at the door if no one answers. Customers are trusting them with important packages and they treat them irresponsibly. They should keep the package and leave a pick up slip for the customer in order to insure the package is safe. A delivery should never be left out for just anyone to pick up.

Poor service time and time again from them. Today the driver walked to my apartment, put a note on the door and walked back to his truck. I was home, and he didn’t even ring the buzzer and attempt to deliver the package. Called Fedex and they said they would “try to get the driver back there today, otherwise he will attempt to deliver again Monday”. Ughhh annoying and poor customer service....

I live in a gated community. The guy delivering my iPad phoned me and I left class because he "didn't know how to get in" he should have a fed ex code to enter, but none the less I gave him a name to punch in that would open the gate and gave him my personal code to open the gate. He refused to do either and got upset that I wasnt home (at 11am on a weekday, package was supposed to come at 7pm) asking if I had anyone else was home to pick it up. My brother was home, so I said I could phone him to walk outside the gate to pick it up. He got upset and talked down to me saying that he was doing way more than he needed to and just dropped it off at the FedEx center

A ripo business. The website is looking credit card and impossible to get the label's for shipping packages..never will use this company to ship..
