AM Delivery And Courier Services

Yesterday we had a.m delivery drop off 2 parcels 4.4.18 (still now on the ground and melting) right at lunch and both me and my wife watched the girl get out of the delivery vehicle walk up my step and place a small parcel in the mail box, no problem there but what we never saw was her throwing our parcels in the wet snowbank bellow the stairs, these were all specialty books not you typical paperback these were "premo" books, but no she threw them in the snowbank and if it wasn't for us taking a walk later that evening these would have been destroyed or stolen. She never rang the doorbell once, I know I was in the living room eating lunch at the time. That's their delivery standards now shall we get started in the cleanliness of their zoo or "depot". I'm personally disgusted with all the animals they have running free in there, don't get me wrong i love animals got 4 myself but to have them run free when people have allergies and hospital samples is just a reminder of how unprofessional this business is and the sad thing is we HAVE to use them they have the contracts for american parcels, total bull wish we had a normal reliable delivery system that could be relied upon not hit and miss as with p.m delivery

They offer amazing customer service and the cats are pretty awesome too!

One place to pick up or send parcels from many different companies. Also hold for pick up depot. Storage and local courier.

Delivery of a washer and dryer from Plesser's NY to Texas had to be rescheduled because I was in the shower in the morning when they arrived. They charged me $125.00 to re-schedule the delivery. I've never heard of anything like this...

Their warehouse/office is very dirty so it is quite unpleasant to pick stuff up, but their door-to-door delivery is good. They are the only option in town so you have to deal with them either way.
