Nobody answers phone call, hours are horrible, cost more to take the time off work then the shipping cost to get the package here.

I think there are 2 employees in this place doing the work of 20 canada post workers. Always fast and efficient to deal with them and i deal with them alot. Please do not judge this facility based on shipping times because they have no control over that obviously. Ive had packages from china arrive in 6 days and ive had packaged from washington take a month. Either way this place is always a better option than Canada Post

Absolutely fabulous customer service. My package was misplaced and the staff knew who to call to find it. She has worked there for several years and contacted her Vancouver contact to track down the package from one of the other carriers. She literally saved my wedding by finding this package it was my wedding dress. She got it off the plan and delivered it to me right away I am so happy. This place is fabulous and goes above and beyond for Yukoners!!

Hours change without notice, poor tracking. Must take time off work just to get mail that should have been delivered to my door where I was waiting.
