They have only received a +1 Star because you can't leave a negative Star, but they deserve -5 Stars. An ABSOLUTE DISGRACE of a company who you can't even talk to about ANY problem. Probably one of the worst couriers in the market place!! I have been a long to term customer and with the introduction of online labels and bookings I thought that might improve their efficiency but I was wrong. You still can't do a 'receiver pay' booking. They are getting worse to deal with in every way! If you have a problem you may as well be speaking to another unrelated business about it because the person you talk to, in another country, cannot assist you with any helpful information. They take up to 3 days to move a parcel 20km in the Brisbane metro area. Two and a half years ago they lost a $590 parcel in a vehicle accident and I sent them all the paperwork they required by the due date and I am still waiting for them to honour the claim, so their guarantee of cover up to $1500 is a non realizable false promise. If you are in no hurry to deliver or receive anything with the possibility it may not even show up at all and you want more stress in your life then by all means use 'Fastway' who's name is contradictory to what they actually offer. Disappointingly I will be looking for another carrier.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY. I needed a parcel to be delivered from the Sunshine Coast to Brisbane urgently. The lady at the Sunshine Coast depot assured me the parcel will be in Brisbane the next day and that they depot would call me when the parcel arrived. No phone calls and two trips to the depot I was told the parcel was sent to Ipswich and would not be back at the Brisbane depot until Monday, 3 days after I needed it. I was appalled by the poor service and attempted to call and get a refund as it would've been faster for me to walk to and from the Sunshine Coast to collect it. When I called for a refund, I was told the matter will have to be escalated to Operations and they will let me know. 1 week later and no emails I had to call back. Apparently Fastway does not care for quality customer service. They will not refund me as the parcel was not damaged or lost. Sunshine Coast service was excellent, I would give the lady I spoke with 5 stars! Brisbane and the customer care number I called, service was horrible and not even worth 1 star.

If I could leave a minus star I would. They tried to deliver my package on a Friday, I wasn't there but got a really rude phone call from a guy I could barely understand berating me for not being at my office to receive it. I asked if he could redeliver on Monday and he threatened to return it to sender instead of leaving it at a depot. No card was left for us to contact them to say they had tried to deliver. Waited until Wednesday and still no delivery. Had to look up our eBay account to find the tracking details as we had no card left. Then used THEIR website to schedule a re delivery and when I called on Wednesday they had no record of it. They promised it would be delivered on Wednesday afternoon if not Thursday. Still nothing. Called up to see where it was to find out that it was still at the warehouse and hadn't been assigned to a "franchisee". Had no way of contacting any "franchisees" to book in the job. I asked if I could come out to the warehouse and pick it up myself as it's urgent and was told I have to wait for a text (which will take up to 24 hours) before I can go and get it. Asked to speak to a manager and they said there wasn't one available. Customer service rep said I couldn't wait on hold, but would have to keep calling back with the hope that the manager would be free to talk to me. I'm sorry how do you run a company like this! Do you care that you get 1.5 stars with over 500 reviews!!??

Absolutely useless company. Got a package on one of their drives Thursday, didn't show. Called the driver and the rude man told me 'Oh I didn't want to deliver to that suburb so I gave it to someone else' Come Friday STILL no package. Called multiple times and told different stories from the same girl. "It got taken to the wrong address. Oh we are sending it via a private company now" Ask for more information and they refuse to give me anything. Cant track it, can't tell me when it will get here. So useless So I asked to speak to a manger and get told NO. Manager is always busy apparently. Doing what? Nothing

The courier who services the Carindale area in Brisbane is one of the rudest and most glib people I've ever met. Never says hello, clearly hates his job, snatches parcels from you and simply walks off. Just seems like a miserable prick. I'd switch, but Fastway have the best coverage for my business. Maybe HQ needs to start handing out happy pills to each morning to some of their couriers.
