Had parcel delivered home but as we both work had to leave at depot. Pleasant man at Tauranga set up re-delivery. I was a bit disappointed with no depot address on the card the courier left, short opening hours on Saturday and nowhere on the website to indicate we can pick up from depot. But other than that we're happy.

I found my 'card to call' when out walking my dog, around the corner and up the road, scrunched up on the ground in the rain. What is even weirder is there was someone home all day yesterday so the parcel could have been delivered. Had I not randomly found the card while out, I would not have known there was a 'missed' delivery. There is no address for where to pick up the parcel so I will try Greerton which is the nearest. Not liking my chances given the other reviews here.
