3 Stars for location, and the studio. Minus 2 stars for consistency and policy. Good clean rooms, adequate storage for shoes & belongings, easy to reserve a class, good front desk service. I bought a 10 punch pass and used about half. I do primarily hot yoga, but wanted an alternative. I never found a class that I loved and would return to as they seemed a bit inconsistent. I was drastically disappointed when I realized my punch passed expired after 6 months. I'm sure I'm not their target market, someone who comes once or so a month. But no one likes being denied classes they paid for upfront. 6 months was too narrow of a expiration period for me to find a class and instructor I loved, which may have lead to a deeper connection and a more frequent practice.

Roger is truly the best of the best! I love his classes, I love the feel of Centered City's studio, all around my favorite studio I've ever been to. My practice has improved and I leave feeling motivated and recharged.

What do I like? The Environment is tranquil and peaceful and perfect for learning and growing. The Teachers and the variety of approaches - I enjoy each and every one of them, and learn something new in every class. The Atmosphere - amazing !! - a studio with floor to ceiling windows. How easy is it to track your passes, view the schedule, check for locations?? VERY - with the Mind Body app. Responsiveness of all employees when calling with questions - excellent. Variety of classes offered. It's the place that keeps me grounded and Centered.... Centered City... Enjoy!!!

Kind, unintimidating, qualified instructor in the beginning class where I was. I really liked it!

What a great studio! I visited for one class (Sunday morning Deep Power and Core) while visiting the studio. The building is incredibly attractive - the upper floor has a huge open window with views of Salt Lake and high ceilings. I typically practice very difficult power yoga and while the class was not very challenging for me in the overall scheme of things (no arm balances, headstands, etc), it was a deeply satisfyingly slow endurance-type power yoga. The instructor offered many tips on postures, including a few very useful ones I've never heard from other teachers. I left feeling massaged and deeply relaxed.
