It was a pleasure participating in a class at Alchemy Yoga. Well-maintained facilities, authentic owners, exceptional rates and great variety of classes available. Best in town!

My mom and I are visiting Canada for the week! We are staying in a tiny house in town and stumbled upon this perfect spot. I took Carol’s class this morning. It was exactly what I needed! Her cues got me in and out poses with ease which is something I appreciate so much! I am convinced that Alchemy Yoga was one of the many gifts from the Universe in this magical town! I would HIGHLY reccomend taking a class here! 🙏🏼✨🕉💗

Alchemy Yoga is the best yoga studio i've ever attended. They have incredible instructors who are knowledgeable and who provide alternatives to each pose to suit everyones needs! Not to mention each instructor i've encountered is so approachable and kind! I'm always welcomed so warmly by either Jody or Kyle making the overall atmosphere inside the studio so calming! Each class i've attended I have left feeling better. I highly recommend this studio! :) Ps. love the little stars on the ceiling in the hot yoga room! Good focal points so I don't tip over haha!

I've done yoga a quite a few places, but Alchemy has the widest range of yoga classes and styles I've seen. And they're the only place in Cochrane with Hot Yoga! Highly suggest checking them out!
