Love this place so much. Staff are friendly and funny. Working out here kicks your butt in ten different ways, but you leave feeling completely elated and like you just made new friends.

I have had a gym membership to the hourglass factory for 6 months. I love the brand new equipment and having a wide variety of all the equipment I may need for my work out. The atmosphere is welcoming and non judgmental which is important to me in selecting a gym. There are all types of people who work out here. One of my favourite parts of working out here is that I feel the trainers care about my safety and my goals. For example, occasionally I get tips about how to do a certain exercise from one of the trainers, even though I am not training one on one. I don't feel like you would receive this at just any other gym. I would love to expand my Hourglass Factory experience by attending some of the many classes they offer. They all sound really fun! I would definitely recommend more of my friends and family to join me in working out at the Hourglass Factory.

The Hourglass Factory is an amazing fitness facility! The staff are super knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I was nervous to start working out, but they were very welcoming and found a package that was perfect for my needs. They have a beautiful facility with all of the machines and weights you need, and can create personalized nutrition plans to help you stay on track. The staff truly cares about their client's progress - I would definitely recommend The Hourglass Factory for people of all ages and stages in their fitness journey.

I've been a part of The Hourglass Factory since April/2015. I had signed myself up for a 6 week personal training package with Amanda Sexsmith (she's great by the way) which really got me understanding the proper way to do certain exercises and use the different machines they have available. She got me going in the right direction and was wonderful at making me confident enough to start working out on my own. I have renewed my membership for a second time and can't wait to get back in there! I love the new machines they have to offer as they have a way you can connect them to your phone to demonstrate how to use that particular machine if you are unsure. 9/10 times there will be someone there to answer any question you may have, but in case they are busy at that moment it is a great feature to have. The facility in itself is very nice and welcoming, they have great, friendly staff who are more than happy to help you with anything you may have. There are sometimes you may feel intimidated going to the gym because everyone there may know/look like they are fitter or more capable at something than you , but this gym is nothing like that. You feel very comfortable the moment you enter the gym, to working out and there is no one there to judge you, everyone is there for the same reason. I would highly recommend it to anyone!!

I have been a part of the hour glass factory since July 2015 the staff are amazing never felt more at home in a gym in my life. The hour glass provides a judgement free zone and staff that are always there to help witch sets them apart for other gyms in Lloyd.
