I recently moved to Philadelphia and began practicing yoga here and have been loving it! Valentina is my favorite instructor and always makes sure you are feeling comfortable and getting the most out of your practice. I highly recommend.

Sanctuary is the best neighborhood studio one could find. It's intimate classes and incredibly thoughtful, skilled and kind instructors create a special environment and unique experience each time you go. The mindfulness meditation classes are something you won't find anywhere else in the city and are not to be missed. Anyone looking for a yoga studio in Philly should try this one - you will not be disappointed.

I was confused why the building was locked at 6:50am when their first class was at 7am. Luckily, an instructor walked up about 10 minutes of me standing outside and explained how to use the call-in box located outside of the door to get inside. The studio is small, but very appealing. The instructor was kind and offered many pointers on how to correct my stances. There was another person in the class whose first time it was and the instructor was very patient and kind in helping him. Will definitely be returning.
