The near infrared heated yoga was amazing; I felt I was getting limber as the class progressed; definitely sweated a lot; leaving me energized and humbled at the end. Great class. Update: I have gone to this class twice more and enjoyed it more than the previous time. If it wasn't for my schedule I'd be going at least 2-3 times a week The flow and yin classes are also awesome in their own way. Flow is challenging in holding postures coordinated with breath; the yin is long holds that have helped sore muscles and joints recover. The teachers are great at helping you deepen your practice. This studio is a gem!

Heat was not on, room was freezing, blankets where dirty, smelled like mildew and dusty. Owner told me they are cleaned every 6weeks. I had welts on my face due to dust and dirt on blankets that smelled like they were in a basement for years. That's gross!! Sweat DNA and dusty, rolled up and put back in cubby. I was told they have lockers, no place to lock your valuables up. Floors are very dirty at entry where you are asked to remove shoes. So you are walking on dirty floors. No fire or running water fall so all outside noise was a disturbance. Fire engines, people fighting at bar next door. Windows have no covering so bright light is glaring in your eyes for those who feel light sensitive. The owner argued each time I said I own a business and my towels are washed after each client . She said that's impossible. She didn't care about my concerns. She said why didn't you ask teacher to turn waterfall on. I'm not going to interrupt a class and ask for something you advertise. I've never wrote a bad review but this is due to an argumentative combo from owner next day. Teach should have a microphone. We couldn't hear her and we sat up front, when we opened our eyes to see what she was doing she was doing stretches totally different then what she ask us to do. Definitely unprofessional as she had minutes of silence. Horrible experience all around, I found myself laying there waiting for our next stretch, didn't go there to sleep. No stretching or guidance what so ever. Couldn't wait to leave to get warm.

The vibe here is spectacular. Just awesome. If I didn't live so far away, I would be there on the regular.

Go see STACIA! Enough said. And schedule her for a thai massage as well. She comes to your house and does amazing work. Makes a great gift for people who work on their feet/have physically demanding jobs!

Its clean, airy, inviting, staff are friendly, teachers always offer modifications to poses for those with injuries, there's a class level for everyone, plenty of changing rooms, filtered tap water to refill bottles was a big plus, mat rental is a reasonable price $2, convenience to purchase yoga mat at the door, waterfall in the large room is very calming, community events (puppy yoga fundraiser), extra advanced/teacher workshops give me something to work towards. Could use 1-2 more shower rooms and another toilet, there's only one toilet for women.
