The workout seems super harmless. It seems like typical girly stuff where you just look cute and only move your body minimally and never sweat. All of the above are true, except that you're workout is actually killler. LACTIC ACID CENTRAL. I can feel my body sculpting and toning into the next Adriana Lima. (not really but ya know, reach for the moon) The excerices have a lot of small, easy movements, but its the repetition that makes it burn. You start with arms, move onto legs, onto da booty, end with abs. Recommendation for studio: change up the series. Each time seems to be essentially the same with minor variations and so-so music and instructors don't have their individual flare. I've done ballet for many years, but don't expect a dance-like workout here. The only things that make it ballet-ish are the barre that you do some non-dance stuff on and you do some pliees. The instructors are hit or miss. As you can imagine, this is the most uppity studio ever with every girl trying to get her sock bun perfect, etc. Just do your thing and you'll enjoy.
