I have been going to Hot Yoga Wellness for 2 months now, and it is the best investment I have made in myself. I have seen huge results in my flexibility and health. The instructors and the Management are phenomenal, they make sure you push yourself, and your form is good. Monday and Tuesday Mornings with Linda are amazing, I find her classes so relaxing, setting me up for a stress free week. Vanessa’s classes on Thursdays are also amazing, I like that she focuses on form and strength. If you are looking for a mental break from your day, I would definitely recommend Hot Yoga Wellness Brampton for instant relief. As a local business owner, I find myself frazzled and stressed out, but after joining I find myself Much happier and I stopped overthinking major decisions. A membership is SO worth it.

I’ve been coming to Hot Yoga Wellness Brampton for over a year now and it’s the best yoga studio I’ve ever been to! All of the staff and the teachers are so friendly, patient, and willing to help with whatever you need! Just renewed my pass for the whole year, it’s an amazing atmosphere for relaxation and a good work out!

I've been attending hot yoga classes at Hot Yoga Wellness Brampton since June 2016. It is a great studio to take classes at regardless if you are a beginner, intermediate or advance. There is always something new to learn and the instructors are helpful and kind. The studio is very well kept and has a nice welcoming atmosphere. The owner is very polite and takes the time to greet each individual that walks in. I appreciate how there are numerous classes to take throughout the day. It makes it easy for me to commit to coming in for a yoga class throughout the week. Yoga has benefited me a lot physically, mentally and emotionally. I am grateful for it and for the Hot Yoga Wellness Brampton studio and its owners. Thank you.

I gave 1 star because owner is very polite and nice. But he is scared to tell the yoga instructor that they are not doing well. We go to yoga classes to learn , not to watch them that they are doing yoga. Yoga instructor are too fast and they don't care if others can learn or do . She just keep her own stuff . They have to think that some people are new and they can't do like others. We go to learn , and if we knew how to do yoga , we will not go there and pay money . They say instructor is there to help u but reality is that they don't help u . They don't even show to how to do . U just have to follow them .
