I come to this gym to go spinning with Rania who in my opinion is the best instructor I have experienced at Goodlife. She makes class fun she is helpful and makes everyone work harder and get more out of their workout. She is a dynamo that is pleasantly engaging funny and a wonderful person with great stories during class. She spends extra time before and after class to half members that want it. She also spends time on the floor recruiting new class members. There is a group of us members that follow Rania because we all think she is wonderful. The weights have been a disaster lately. The menâ€™s change room floor is dirty with towels on the floor. Not enough benches for the people in the change room. Gym is clean with a good atmosphere

This location is the greatest Goodlife Iâ€™ve been to yet! The club manager Penny, knows how to run a show! The staff are always on the ball and the club is CLEAN! They have the best selection of machines, free weights, calisthenic based equipment, classes, pool, hot tub, cold plunge, steam room and lounge area. I used to bring my daughter to the JUMP(kids) area and the volunteers were so awesome with the kids! I will continue to drive a little further, just to visit this club! 10/5 stars!!!

I am a member at this club since 2016. I recently took some swimming lessons with Jake the personal trainer. Jake did a great job and was able to accommodate my busy schedule. I recommend this club and Jake for anyone who is looking for a personal trainer.

i joined the gym a year ago, needed to get healthy as my health was becoming an issue. Joining this location has been the best move I made, I decided to get a trainer. Was totally honest with my trainer Sid, she is amazing, very motivational and caring. She designs your workout according to your condition and your goals. She helped me reach goals and helped me improve my health. I have lost 26 lbs (so far), I have toned and my over health is much better. Every time I'm there, Sid, Simon, Jake and Danielle all take the time to talk to me and encourage me. The whole staff is very nice and always motivational when they are talking to you. I'm glad I joined this location. I got my life back and I thank you all for it.

The environment and staff at this gym are amazing. The gym has a really positive environment and the facilities are kept in very good condition. I have also been training here for the past six months. My trainer Adele is absolutely amazing. When I started with Adele I could barely run for 3 minutes. Iâ€™m now training with her at the intermediate level, am much stronger and have lost 15 inches off my body. She always goes the extra mile for me and is so dedicated. Highly recommend this gym and their trainers to anyone :)!
