Reason I leave a one star review is because the place is very dirty locker room mens is dirty 24 /7 if you go in the morning or at night doesnt matter its very dirty the pool area as well when I walk I dont want step on bugs dirt or peoples hair for that matter the water manages to get dirt other things in there its never clean at all from towels to paper towels to just dirt hairs everywhere work out area I would rate 3 out of 5 its much cleaner but its sick how dirty the change room and water is ...

Big 24 hour gym with lots of machines. It can get very dirty with gross showers, pools, and tanning rooms.

Decent gym, extremely high prices. Last time I went, they charged me CAD $45/mo. The equipment is good enough, and there is a lot of space to workout. The lighting is very good and there are massage chairs + a pool included in the price. Warning, the pool is shallow; it's not a regular "pool". A pretty annoying feature of this gym is having to go up and down the stairs to get to the workout area; I do enough Stairmaster to not have to go down a large set of stairs just to get to my car. Overall, I enjoyed going to this gym; however, World Gym is a much better choice.
