I love going to hot yoga. In the early morning it is very easy to find parking. My favorite teacher is Johnny. He is experienced and passionate and takes the time to integrate music into the class for entertaining dialogue and laughter. This is especially helpful when you think you can't do the next pose and want to give up-he makes you laugh and keep going.

I attended a partial hot pilates class. Partial because it was way too crowded to be safe or sanitary so I had to leave after 10 minutes. Should enforce a maximum number occupancy.

Good yoga practices, but good luck finding parking on peak times. I once circled nearly 30 minutes to go to class, and I couldn't join the class. This is surely not yogasource's fault, just Palo Alto city parking sucks at times.

I love Bikram Yoga with Johnny and I always know what to expect. I like the fun music he plays before class and relaxing music he plays during the practice. He also gives a great foot massage during and after class. The only minus about the Bikram class, not anything to do with the instructor, is that you're allowed to leave the room during a pose. I feel like if you need to leave the room it should be in savasana only. It's not fair to those who are trying to stay focused on the pose and have to deal with people walking around, opening and closing doors. Otherwise, everything is great!!!

My coworker is quite advanced at Yoga and invited me on a Yoga date. I'll admit, I was a little apprehensive at first, but once we arrived I immediately felt relaxed. It's small but I liked that. Very intimate and calming. I'd definitely go again but this time to a beginners class as Power Yoga was a little fast paced (and hot) for me.
