Dorman is the most amazing person and teacher. Not only does he push you physically but more importantly, mentally. He is always inspiring you to be the best you can be.

I've attended Shantel's prenatal yoga session for a majority of my pregnancy and have thoroughly enjoyed it! For someone who is a beginner at yoga, I feel well-supported and encouraged throughout the classes. It's a calming, welcoming environment and would highly recommend.

Such a wonderful atmosphere and staff! They are so welcoming and approachable. Val is a great yoga instructor - she makes sure to help everyone out individually if they need it and creates a very open and non-judgmental atmosphere for beginners and people who are more advanced!

I have attended Shantel's prenatal yoga classes through two pregnancies and I can't speak highly enough as to how her practice helped prepare me for labour, birth, and postpartum! She knows exactly what the prenatal body needs and provides that in a supportive and encouraging manner. I attribute much of my positive pregnancies to her prenatal classes; I always felt so great leaving class (even at 40 weeks pregnant!). I am also participating in the mom and baby yoga classes where she has created a welcoming mom village. Not only do we practice yoga that is geared for the postpartum mama, but we also engage with our babies too! I look forward to class every Wednesday to connect with other moms in the garden at Breathe. I love the space at Breathe and plan to continue practicing yoga there after postpartum as well.
