Absolutely the worst customer service. DO NOT GO HERE! The manager literally made a scene. This manager verbally and aggressively attacked my brother getting in his face pointing her finger and yelling at him about breaking a rule. My brother with his wife and 2 little toddlers just came for a quick visit because they live in the area. They were literally not there for an hour. We are having lunch when she became unhinged. Apparently, no visitor allowed during weekend was not disclosed anywhere in their brochure. We did not know and was not informed. This was witnessed by all our neighboring campers in which all I have their contact information because they were as shocked as we were. Even if my brother broke one of the thousand rules, it did not warrant that type of aggressive behavior. All the screaming and yelling happened in front of a 2 and 5 years old little girls. Very unprofessional. This place only cares about money! It is not a family friendly campground. It feels more like a prison with all its rules. They literally make everybody wear a wrist band your entire stay. Instead of talking to us like humans and adult, she treated us like children. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE! UNPROFESSIONAL! Dont waste your money here. This manager gives KOA a bad name and represents the KOA brand horribly!

0 star. Don’t go here! The manager that runs this place is extremely unprofessional with poor customer service. She aggressively confronted me, pointing her fingers in my face due to us visiting our family there too long, when we were there for not even an hour. There was a miscommunication regarding our pass to enter the property and the manager was making a scene in front of my two small children. The neighbors near by were shocked by how she treated us. I understand they have rules and guidelines, which I respect, but there’s a civil way to approach matters than screaming in my face in front of my children. Apparently there’s a very strong no visitor policy on weekends. Needless to say, as a perspective camper, I will never go back.

Nice place, very laid back. Good wifi and not very busy considering the season. Would give 5 stars if the store on site had a little more to choose from.

We love this campground. Everyone is so lovely and fun to talk with. The facilities are spotless and extremely clean. Come stay here you will return as we have done.

Such a relaxed campground. They have fun activities to do with the family and a great little mini store. I will be coming back soon
