Very beautiful campground. We made online reservations for a tent site and had difficulty finding our spot. There was no sign reserving our spot and the camp host was no where to be found. Due to no cell service we had to use the phone at Odie’s Grocery to find out what to do. If you can, reserve a camper/RV site. The tent only sites are pretty run down, not kept up well, and not many to choose from being that a lot were closed due to hazard. Once we got in touch with the host Ron, he was very helpful and we were able to buy firewood from him. We drove down to the water during the day and the lake was beautiful. It was a very quiet and peaceful campground/lake. Bathrooms were fine, typical outhouses. Water spigot very close nearby. I would return next time and rent a camper/RV site and tent there.

I can honestly say that this bay has become a favorite place. The peace here is tangible and refreshing to the spirit. We sat at the beach for hours, kayaked, floated, played with our dog, and soaked in the tranquility and views. We didn't stay at the campground, but in my BIL and SIL retirement home right above this rocky beach. This community just feels old school, welcoming, and on a slow roll, which we loved. Internet and cell service is spotty which kept us unplugged most of the time. I just can't say enough about this hidden wonder.

I went camping with some family and we had a great time despite it being a little rainy and windy. The campsites are not directly on the lake but are very close! There are basic bathrooms and water spickets at the campsites and a nice bathroom at the lake. There is a long, rocky beach and a large grassy area with picnic tables, fire pit, and camp grills at the lake. Very beautiful area!

I was the camp host for 8 years! It is an mazing place to camp. There are many spots that will fit larger campers or motorhomes. There are no hook-ups, but there are vault toilets and water spigots. Generators are ok too.

Multiple sites, with a fair distance away from each other and a short drive to the beach. Space for trailers as well. Very poor bathrooms, dirtiest campground bathrooms I've ever encountered and for some reason no quiet hours enforced. (Very loud music from a car system coming from camp right next to camp host). Hopefully better luck for anyone else though!
