Beautiful park with very large sites. They advertise that they have water but they don't have actual hook ups. It's a shared tap within walking distance from each site. If in an RV you may need to bring an extension cord for your trailer. If you're lucky you'll be directly beside power but most sites that have power are still too far for a 20 foot cord to reach. Often you'll be less than a foot away but still too far

Nice campground, the first one we went and it had no running water on spot nor electricity. We still enjoyed it very much. The site is clean and it is beautiful. The only downside is the poison ivy in many spots.

It can be a challenge to find your site, but this park has all the trimmings, and some really great sites for families. Modern amenities and good fishing...will visit again for sure!

Just stayed a couple days.. The first was hot & muggy, the skeeters mobbed us! The second day was much nicer. Didn't see much of the park, but the washrooms are in serious need of an update. Lots of birds, that was a nice bonus. We even had a mama deer and her fawn pass by our site. So, a nice experience :)

Staff are polite but inexperienced and slow. There's no lifeguard at the beach and around the waters, so consider that before bringing your children to the waters. There's a park for small kids and a volleyball setup, but there's no guarantee you will get the court even if you rent the ball. Waters are quite shallow, lots of rocks. For those that fish, spotted some catfish, sunfish, and small mouth. Camp sites not well maintained, very run down. There are no rental spots at the beach, all rentals happen at the park store. Park store is well stocked in case you forget things. You can rent volleyball, kayaks, canoe. Didn't see a lot of wildlife like, racoons, but did see some deer. Common area is decent, not very many washroom or shower stalls. Garbage area gets full fast on a busy weekend, but you don't need to take the garbage with you.
