I completed a weekend boot camp to help raise money for the Greenwich and Bexley Hospice. Although it was hard work, we all had so much fun. It was such a great atmosphere. I built up such good friendships whilst there. The trainers knew our limits and pushed us to achieve what we didn't know we could. We were given so much info on diets and it was great to experience the types of food we should be eating (even if I was missing the chocolate) I would 100% recommend this to anyone. I came away with a greater understanding of diet, nutrition and exercise. It was hard but totally worth it. I even lost a few inches, great :-)

Amazing experience for mind and body, no other bootcamp that has the fun and exercise factor as much as G I Jane bootcamp. Staff are highly trained, extremely friendly & welcoming. Feels like a family unit. Best one I’ve ever tried and would highly recommend. Can’t wait for my next visit!!

I would highly recommend this bootcamp! I did it with my daughter after she had just had her baby and I went along really to support her . I am asthmatic and really didn't know what to expect. We were assessed on our first day and I said one of the things I wanted to achieve was to be able to run as I found it impossible . The trainers and staff were amazing and helped everyone achieve their goals. By the end of the week I was running , climbing and felt incredible. I lost 6 inches and over half stone , my body shape had completely changed and within a week after bootcamp I had dropped 2 dress sizes! I also met the most wonderful people all on the same journey , we laughed and cried , it is a week that I will never forget. This is not just about the body this also helps you feel mentally aware. One of the best experiences of my life ❤️

My first visit to the Manor House was in August 2012. I spent the weekend there and although filled with dread at what I had signed for - I had an absolute blast! Still good friends with the girls and trainers I met on my first visit. Ive returned to the Manor a number of times now (actually lost count ) and consider the owner and staff my close friends. I also attend for the day and have taken part in the Hell Weekends. When the trainers tell you they will be with you after your journey at camp, to continue to support you - they mean it, they are not just saying that in the moment! Its not just a weightloss journey, its good for your heart and soul. I have enjoyed every single camp Ive attended and made some very good friends. My very special fit family! I would highly recommend this experience to everyone. Thank you all at Gi Jane for your continued love and support! This journey called life has its ups and downs and I know I always have a place I can go to anytime. Cant wait to get back in 2018! Chellie
