After a break in, my two children and I gathered all of our belongings and booked an 11 night stay at this Comfort Inn. I am a long time Choice Hotel member and I have never been treated so horribly! The hotel first, double booked our room. In doing so, they chose to ask our family of three with everything we owned in our reserved room, to move in favor of the single guest staying only 2 nights. I pleaded with the manager to not uproot us as we had moved already over an hour's drive to hotel and unpacked all of our things. They still insisted we move, they said the staff could move our personal items for us. I declined and said we would just pack up and go. I had to pay the workers at our new unit extra to prepare it sooner as we would be staying there during the final renovations and not the hotel. Hotel staff then told me, to just come pay my rent and I could stay in our original room. I did. The staff was rude and did not hide their discontent for our not wanting to move even though they informed me that we had reserved the room first. After that they raised the amount of our rent and I called to inquire. It was a mistake they said and returned it to the rate I was originally given. After I checked out I made a complaint and asked for a partial refund. I stated that I still paid extra to secure lodging elsewhere for my family after the double booking fiasco. I was told by the Choice Hotels customer service that the manager of the Comfort Inn stated that I tried to "run out of the hotel without paying." This was the reason my request for refund was denied. I can tell you that I most certainly did no such thing and their own cameras can provide that. I payed my bill at 11 am sharp and housekeeping checked our room and my $250 deposit was returned. But now, in light of my request for refund, they accuse me of a crime instead. I will never set foot in a Comfort Inn again as a result of this emotional assault on my family. Beware of retaliation if you dare to complain. An expensive nightmare. Never again.

Stayed 4 nights. The staff here is amazing. Rainbow is the name of their super sweet front desk attendant...stellar. If she lived near my workplace, I would want her on my team. But they all were very nice. Breakfast was good -except for the eggs..they were weird. We had a king suite and it was huge. Perfect arrangement. The "living room" is separate from the bedroom. So our local family could visit and not have to sit on the bed. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend. Bed was comfy, lots of nice pillows, great water pressure, pool/hot tub were adequate, as was the fitness room. Close to everything!

Overpriced over crowded and understaff. Management allowed a small group to dominate the breakfast room with 6 people at each table for 4. We came back a hour later. This same group was still taking every table and we're watching a ⚽ match. Bad management. To add insult to injury. I received an email from this chain offering me the same room next at half the cost.

After driving from Kalama Washington this place was a good place to rest. Rooms was clean, the breakfast was good, good amount of TV channels, employees was nice.. one of them had family from Hawaii and was excited to hear we was staying there, and location was near whatcom college where we was performing that night. There was a whole lot of places to eat and shop near by. The only thing I didn't like was it flunked my towel test( being able to wrap the towel around my waist and have it touch or overlap).

Your standard Comfort Inn with pool, gym, wifi and free breakfast. Free parking. Located near restaurants, shopping and retail shops. Stayed in a standard room which was clean and well maintained. Sure the rooms are slightly outdated in decor, however it isn't horrible either. Friendly staff, quick check-in and check-out. They were accommodating to allow us an extended check-out since we arrived later in the evening. You can count on the brand.
