Great Hotel, wonderful service and staff, great food. Free parking, location is great for travelling around the city and surrounding areas. We found the beds quite comfortable, the area is quiet despite being so close to the airport. Very clean, spacious rooms plus the restaurant and bar are very convenient. Quick service and the food is great. We will be back for sure!

Great place for family. Bunk bed is a genius idea. Access door to pool area is very convenient. Staff locks all doors at the end of their shift so no one can access the pool after hours and no one can enter your room from the pool area. Breakfast is good, fast and friendly service.

Have only ever been here for conferences/conventions. The back entrance for conferences and conventions is great. It isn't excessively big so it isn't confusing to get around. Parking is free and close by convention entrance. Service of food has always been good and tasty. Facility is clean and modern.

First of all, when I first entered the room and went into the bathroom, the bathroom floor was all dirty, the sink with hair in it and coffee dripped on it. Very sad I went down and told the clerk who did not even apologize. I asked them to clean up and than I left. I came back, the floor was clean, the sink no hair, but the coffee drops were still there. I let it go. Second thing the first night I could not sleep at all because I do not know if they were having a running marathon at the hotel or they were moving until 3am. I had to call the front desk to stop the noise. And to finish, if you go to this hotel, which I advise not to go, use only stairs, if you don’t want to wait 30 minutes to use the lift each time you have to use it.

This hotel is great! Really friendly staff, and a convenient parking lot with lots of parking. It was extremely clean everywhere I went inside. The coffee provided to us was surprisingly good for a hotel. I was here for a conference, so this review does not include hotel room quality.
