I was not a customer, but I went there for an interview. The manager and staff made me feel so conformable. Because of it I decided to accept the training they offered me before I start the real job. The clean atmosphere attracted my eyes.

I stay here once in a while for work. The fellow who I was used to dealing with was great. Professional and well... an interactable human. One time I locked my card in my room 2 minutes after checking in. I walked down with some of my stuff and explained the situation to him. He looks at me with a smile and I got a new card no problem. This time it was a different fellow. He looked a little new but he was friendly and competant. At the least, he understood my room request was a joke. I have no reason to stay anywhere else IN OR NEAR Toronto.

Worst Hotel I ever seen! You better sleep in you car... very dirty rooms, very dirty bed sheets, unfriendly, rude and impolite employees. Overall a very bad experience, and an expensive one moreover!

Not clean, made me pay $550 deposit and the lady in front of me only $100, told me they didnt have an airport shuttle when i called ahead but they do. The other comfort inn closer to the airport was 10 times better. There are better options for the same price.

Very bad Hotel, in the middle of the road more like a park hotel, I was not feeling safe at all. When you get in the reception is smelling like a mix of curry, cigarettes, very horrible, the carpet in all the floor looks disgusting dirty. The rooms are spacious but dirty, the bathroom with hairs here and there. In general needs a renovation and sure a deep clean. Not recommended.
