Worse experience!!!and it cost me 900 dollars..

I made a reservation months ago to Belvoir Winery for 3 nights. My cousin flew into KCI so she arrived b4 I did.. When she checked in the front desk told her we had reservations only for 2 nights..they made her pay for a additional night..When I arrived I showed them the email but b4 I showed them the email WE WERE WRONG.. what would have happened if I'd I hadn't held onto that email.. My cousins room doorlock was broken..anyone could have walked in on her...I did with the deadbolt locked a numerous of times..she told front desk sat morning...they said they fixed it, but they DIDNT.. oh sure it worked off and on, but 90 percent of the time it didnt...and of course I just got off the phone with Belvoir Winery:: I guess it was the owner, he said he fixed it, but trust me it wasnt.Just think how unsave it was for a woman with no working lock...she moved into my room on the 3rd night..there were dead flies in both rooms in the window sills...list goes on but no room to finish my comments.

We absolutely love this place! The staff is amazing & there are always so many interesting people to meet. It will always hold a special place in our hearts. We harvested grapes with Jesse when it first opened up & got married there as well. We just celebrated our 6th year of marriage & 8 years together. This place is definitely rich in history & has so much to offer! You must check it out!

Interesting place to stay. The 'con' would be that there's no restaurant on the grounds or near it, so you have to drive at least 1-2 miles for a restaurant. The 'pros' are that the staff is very friendly, the wine they serve is good, and the building/complex has an interesting history. Don't forget to stop in and say hi to 'George' while you're there! We stayed three nights and thought it was well worth the price - which is very economical for an inn!

Truly a special place. We stayed there from May28, thru June 3rd. The owner Jessie and his staff...amazing!!. They really make you feel welcomed.Breakfasts were just a small continental. That is only negative thing I can say on that. We will come back again, and I can't wait.

Nice clean roomy suites. Suites are on third floor. Event space is on second floor. Winery/tasting room on first floor. Got to walk the grounds and enjoyed the outdoor space. On the historical registry if you enjoy that.

Liked the wine and atmosphere, the staff left a lot to be desired. The bar tender/manager was extremely rude to her employees. The room we reserved was not the room we where given. I had to sleep on the floor bc they did not give us the room we reserved. I reserved a room that came with a pull out bed and when I explained to them it was not in the room, they told me I needed to request one. Why would I need to request a pull out bed when the room I reserved came with one? They didnt even apologize for the inconvenience or offer a cot. I will never visit this establish again. Extremely disappointing.
