Chris and Joy are the wonderful owners of this business (I LOCK ORLANDO). They have a team of caring and attentive locksmiths ready to serve! They were kind, prompt, and resolved our issue the same day! As a charity food bank, we were blessed when they offered to work with us on price, scheduling, and needs being met. From the phone transaction (John) to our on-site technician (Eric), not a beat was missed! We even had a custom lock that needed to be replaced, and they worked their magic on the the part, so that we didn't have to replace our entire donation box! Amazing service! Don't hesitate to reach out and employ their services. It's this local business mentality that keeps our community thriving. Thank you for helping our humble food operation stay secure! With love, from Servant's Heart Ministry :-)

Great customer service. They made a copy of a key that Home Depot and Ace said they couldn't copy for me even though it was just a house key! And they did it quick, the woman was beyond pleasant. I will definitely return for my locksmith needs
