Clara at the store was very knowledgeable and helpful and Alex the technician expertly fixed our Baldwin lock so that it works better than when new! Both were very professional and personable, I would definitely recommend this company.

Received email that technician was on his way. Email provided name & pic of technician with description of the logo and color of shirt. Lawrence was very courteous, professional and efficient! It only took him 5-10 min to rekey lock. Wonderful service!!
