Very good service, and my lock came very fast! Robert was VERY friendly, it was like I already knew him. I recommend Countryside to everyone who needs a lock.

I ordered a lock from this company and never got no updates on when my product was gonna be sent or any shipping info. They say you can check on line that's a lie then I had to find their number because at first I could only email them to find out what was wrong and then I kept on looking to contact them and when I finally did they said my order was on back order but he had a right to left lock he could switch for me but my question was why didn't you do that in the first place plus my order would've gotten to my people home until Saturday but I ordered it on Friday. Dont order from them also cuz after I asked for a refund the customer service person was also a locksmith called me a IDIOT as he got off the phone so I called him back and told him you are the idiot and you just lost my business for good. So please for a few more dollars go somewhere else to get locks but not from this company.
