Just bought a handsome watch band here. The price was good and the installation was very quick and free. This was my first visit, but I will certainly return here for my watch repair needs.

I had my watch fixed here last week. They did a wonderful job. It was repaired quickly and for less than I thought it would cost. The gentleman who repaired it was very professional. I highly recommend them.

The watch repair is located in the east-most corner of the Tools section of Sears and I came on my lunch break to get a pin replaced in my watch that held the hardware to the leather strap. 2 other stores in the mall told me they either couldn't or wouldn't do it. The man working the counter at Sears told me, "No problem, I'll have it done in 15-20 minutes." and it was all for a reasonable price. The customer service is above par, and I couldn't be happier with my repaired watch! Highly recommend, don't bother going to jewelry stores to be told "No".
