Abusive pricing. When I called and explained the situation they said that the service was $55 or more if it was more complicated. I know that the door they needed to open was not really complicated so I thought that the $55 were fair and I was ready to add a little more , maybe as a tip or if They need to change the lock, obviously. But the guy showed up like an hour later, open the door in less than a minute and charged me three times what they originally said over the phone. This is abusive! They are taking advantage of the urgency. Do mot recommend it at all. Next time better call different option, there are plenty.

DONT CALL!!!! Very rude staff called because i had left my keys locked inside my truck ( I own a pool business) I had very limited time to get someone out here and they had said about 45 mins after seeing it would be to long told the call center lady which was not very clear when speaking and slightly rude as well. That i will be searching for a service elsewhere to long and too expensive. After i found a company that quoted me 25 and arrived within the time quoted I was waiting on this company who was very inexpensive and on time when i received a phone call from a Spanish sounding cuban gentleman who was degrading, rude, condescending the list goes on.by the name of Margan hiam basically telling me he was on his way and there when i never agreed to any thing with this company. When i asked a few questions to figure out what company i was speaking with i quickly realized he had the wrong information then going back and forth in text messages decided to call and low and behold there is no getting a hold of management at all no number to call or anything. Would be nice to know who the owner of this soon to be out of business is.
