I had a septic mound built by a different installer a few years ago when I built my acreage. We had several issues with the mound and no help to correct them from the original installer. I hired RT Septic to redo it correctly. Rick removed the old mound, installed a new line and built a new mound. RT Septic completed the project quickly, with little mess to our yard and at a fair cost. We have not had a problem with our septic since. I recommend RT Septic.

I called Rick after being baffled by poor service at another company. He educated me on my septic system, came out late into the evening when the system froze, and didn’t charge me for a second visit when some additional work needed to be done. His card is on my fridge, I won’t call anyone else after such a great service experience.

Very professional group, came out and fixed my pump with reasonable pricing. Very informative on my system and how to maintain it. Highly recommend.

I’m retired military and work ethic coupled with professionalism is a demisioning trait these days. During a week long -30 deep freeze and very little snow my septic pump expired. RT Septic answered my call for help—even though putting in 20 hr days—locates and fixes the problem within 1.5 hrs in freezing temperatures.

Fast friendly and professional service. RT does it all from design and install to service and repair! Family owned and operated and a local company. I would not hesitate to hire Rick and his team!
