Friendly and knowledgable staff. Patiently made my anxious puppy feel comfortable during his first vet visit. Only downside was they were booked for a whole week but I wasn't in a rush so I'm glad I waited. They were also very accommodating and rescheduled my appointment last minute when I asked them to. Prices are reasonable.

Nice staff and new building. I have been in a few times for my dogs allergy issues. Both times I felt as if I was forgotten in the room while waiting for them. The vets I saw were very nice and listened to everything I said.

Best vet clinic I have ever been to. Down to earth, professional and caring. This is a busy place but for good reason. I won't go anywhere else!

The staff here is so amazing, patient and caring. I’ve brought my two cats here for a number of years and they’ve always been so great. This week my kitty Lucky was really ill and they fit me in to bring him in when needed. Dr. Grey is really amazing and caring and the nurses too, you can tell they truly care. Sadly Lucky has passed yesterday morning but I know they did everything they could to make him comfortable and gave me many options on what to do. Ill continue taking my other kitty Middy here for as long as I have him. Thank you guys for your care and support.

went in for my pups kennel cough, first time hes there to see a vet and all around just a bad experience. firstly i had my appointment booked for nearly two weeks and they called me twice to change my appointment time the day before, and when i arrive they were rude about the fact that i didnt reply to the second call. They called me a half hour before their closing time. i was working at the time and attempt to call later unknowing that they were closed.. then they shoved us in the smallest room possible, even the vet commented on the room size. they shoved a 100+lbs dog in the smallest room they have and left us waiting 10 minutes for someone to come in and leave again for another 5. once the vet tech arrived she did not give my already anxious pup a chance to sniff her out and just reaches for him. he respectfully moved his head until he was prepared for a strangers touch everytime she reached, despite his actions she still tried. she then proceeded to back him into a corner before he was used to her in attempt to get his heart rate. he then jumps over me in attempt to hide from her (in noway was he aggressive, he was trying to hide into me) she screams that she "cant risk getting bit" and runs out of the room. despite me telling her hes never been agressive ever. i was already pretty upset at this point, but it then processed to us being put into the horse ward instead of a sanitary larger room... the Vet then stood approx. 4 feet away from my pup, and told me to lift his (extremely furry) ears and lips for her to examine, she was no where near close enough to see if there were any real issues. she didnt even touch him to see if there were any issues throughout his core (which we found out the next day he has quite a large hot spot that the vet SHOULD have seen if she would have actually done the examination we payed for). she the processed to hide behind me to barely check his heart rate. just when i thought it was at its end for terrible medical practice, she then got me to administer the kennel cough vaccine into my pups nose.. having my fiance stand at his rear so he couldnt back away and me holding his head. at this point im just down right dissapointed and feeling very unconfident in this medical facility. Just in time for her to go on about how to train my animal. without any knowledge as to how he acts outside of stressful environments. what they put my poor pup through this day is the reason he was pulling away and nervous/anxious. he is always the absolute friendliest, will go up to 99% of people no problem.. he is quite well behaved in any other non stressful situation. being under a year old of course attention span isnt 100% (especially in a horse ward with 1000 different smells) i do NOT reccomend this vet to anyone if they have pups with anxiety. heck, I don't recommend it to anyone period. I should not have paid for the service i received that day and will definitely not be back.
