I first brought my dog to the VRCC Dermatology department for her severe allergies, and since then she's become a patient of the Surgery, Neurology, and Internal Medicine departments as well. My dog is 14 now and as healthy and playful as she was at 3, albeit a little slower. I credit the excellent care of the highly professional veterinarians and techs for her longevity. The entire hospital is efficiently operated by competent and respectful staff members, which is a must for such a huge and busy hospital. If your dog needs a specialist, this is the premier place to find the best without driving 100+ miles to the veterinary teaching hospital in Ft. Collins. They take Care Credit here too, which is a plus. Waiting room is so organized and spacious, which I can really appreciate, too. Location is easy to get to from anywhere in town, plenty of parking, pleasant area to walk your dog for potty breaks. There's nothing I can say about VRCC that isn't positive. 100% satisfied customer here.

I forgot her name but whatever vet was working the night I brought my dog in was 10/10. She took time explaining things, offered different care options to keep things on the low cost option, and really knew her stuff. This was all after hours and when things sneak up and get real expansive she understood and put me and my dog on the right track without over spending. My dog recovered wonderfully and was one happy boy after.

I cannot say enough about the AMAZING care this place provides! The staff is wonderful, knowledgeable, caring and beyond thorough. We brought my pup in after he became very ill and they took great care of him all while communicating every single thing. They admitted him and updated me several times and called me back whenever I had questions, AND someone actually answers the phone! The Dr did not send him home until she was confident she figured out what was going on and that he would be ok.The entire staff provided world class service. Thank you for everything you all do!

Awesome doctors. I would give them 5 stars if their front desk staff/vet assistants weren't frustrating to deal with. Usually I sit in a room for a while with no updates. Till the doc comes in. Would be nice if they came by and checked on me or an update. Especially if I'm sitting there for 15 mins plus.

My cat needed immediate care and I was turned away because I couldn’t afford the steep price. I even offered to leave my credit card information and work out a payment plan but they said I would need to find a cheaper vet or apply for a credit card….thanks. I’ll take my poor kitty who is oozing pus and blood home. Heartless. I was willing to pay if they would just work with me. But nope, it was a good luck and a swift kick out the door. Appreciate your care and compassion for an animal who so clearly needed help. I can totally see why you all are in this business of “helping” animals.
