I've been taking my dogs here for years. What has always impressed me the most is the, friendly knowledgeable staff, and the team of excellent Vets. The quality of care is the best I've ever experienced. Their prices are honest and fair, this vet clinic is totally recommended.

2 Vets at Paris Clinic were not concerned about my dogs bad breath or teeth. One vet cleared my dog last year, second vet said to look into a cleaning in the future. I finally got a second opinion and the new vet had to pull 4 teeth. I'm so upset that Paris Vet didn't take my pets health seriously. The charges at this clinic are far more than other clinics especially when it comes to serious matters. If you care about your pet DO NOT TRUST VETS AT THIS CLINIC!

Amazing.... Right from the front desk thru the veterinary staff, top notch care for my cats and dog. Fees are fair and reasonable.

Here is my story regarding this vet clinic: * A black cat met the underneath of my truck on Thurs. Nov. 8th, 2018 right at Wrigleys Corner. * Bart Straus did the examination of the black pharrell cat as I just could not leave a living breathing animal on the side of the road especially when the animal looks like a domesticated animal! * staff member scanned the cat to find out that the cat was chipped by Brantford SPCA, named pom pom, 2-3 yrs old, deemed to be a pharrell cat. What Humane Societies do is capture stray pharrell cats, fix them ie. Spayed/neuture, then they release the cat back to where they picked it up from originally. It's called "CATCH & RELEASE". A poor attempt to control the cat population. * I asked Bart the vet guy, what's your procedure regarding injured stray cats re payment? His response to me was not to worry about it as one of the girls will take care of that, just let me examine the cat he said. Extremely rude guy & arrogant! * Bart Straus administered the following medications without any consent, discussion, nothing at all: antibiotics in the neck, flea meds, in the neck, and anti-inflammatory meds, in the neck. When Bart Straus was done, he simply left the exam room and I never saw him again. * young girl comes in with cordless interac machine and charged me $178.83 ARE YOU KIDDING ME! After paying, a few phone calls to Bart then to Rick Healey, owner vet guy, the only refund either offered me was $16.16 for the flea meds?? ARE YOU KIDDING ME! I authorized "nothing". Bart knew the cat was fine and had ample opportunity to explain to me his fees etc prior to anything being done to this cat. He chose not to, plain and simple. After weeks worth of that feeling in my gut that I got duped, I called the Brantford SPCA and spoke with Nadine who then finally refunded back to me the full amount $178.83. She made it abundantly clear when speaking with her that when Bart Straus was told by a staff member that the Brantford SPCA chipped the cat, Bart should have contacted Nadine to then ask her, "what do you want done with this cat"? Sounds like ownership to me folks even thou Nadine repeatedly stated to me that they are not the owners of the cat. Damn straight I got the entire amount back from the Brantford Humane Society!! What organization do you know that treats, names, and chips an animal but claims... nope not ours! ARE YOU KIDDING ME! Multiple vet clinics from Brantford to Kitchener-Waterloo ALL say that when an individual comes in with a stray, injured cat/dog, that individual is told upfront that vets policies & procedures prior to any examination taking place and/or any meds administered! I will not change who I am because of male egos and high overhead! I will always pull over to help an injured dog/cat on the side of the road. I just won't ever go to Paris Vet or any of the other vet clinics they own! Cheers

Very unhappy with the service I received today. They are only interested in making money. Testing a puppy for heartworm and charging $50 is unnecessary and an obscene fee when other clinics charge $35. I was a veterinary technician for many years and worked in a clinic. I know the risk for a puppy, which is pretty much none. Yet, still insisted on the test before giving heartworm medication. Absolutely ridiculous and unnecessary. I will be finding a new veterinary clinic who cares more about the animals rather than making a quick buck.
