The Animal Clinic

Excellent veterans. Dr. John Reeves-Newsom is top in his field. His fellow Dr.s and staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Been going to the animal clinic for over 40 years. Never a worry. Highly recommend to anyone. Bit pricey but well worth it. You get what you pay for. Cheers

I wish I could give them 0 . I usually purchase my cats food from a clinic DT and this time my dad purchased the same brand , same size , same logo ;) same flavour $10 more . When I asked for the reason I got a none sense answer from the receptionist . Also she took the phone while talking to me :) rude I would say . She asked for the receipt which I have on my credit records but they need the actual receipt. Long story short , $10 more for just a product not a service is a meaning of thievery for me . Asking more money to cover the expenses . Believe or not $10 is just a meal of McDonald’s but when u know someone took more money for nothing from you , it’s a bit sketchy .

I wouldn't trust any other vet or clinic with my puppies; if I moved, I'd drive for hours to come back or fly into Toronto for each appointment. They've known my boys since they were new to the family and remember everything about them- or at least keep really good notes about each visit. They genuinely care for my boys like I do. All the doctors are excellent vets but they're also personable, professional, and truly wonderful people. Vet techs and other support staff are are loveable as the fur-babies they care for and are some of the best trained techs I've ever come across.

The staff genuinely love animals and treat them extraordinarily well. The doctors explain the difference between what you CAN do versus what you NEED to do, rather than just tell you what to do so they can charge you as much as possible (as other vets have done with me). I've been bringing my pets there for 7 years and have had nothing but positive experiences with them.

This is my second visit. My old dog fido who passed.i now have. My. 7 year old .jack russell. Sparky who now only has one eye. We take him for regular nail. Trim.after. he gets his. Last needles next month. We are. Defetinaly. Switching.number one. They. Are. Only. Across. The. Street.from where. We. Live. The staff. Are always. So. Friendly. Always. Have. A big. Smile the place is very well .designed. One. Side. For. Dogs. One. Side. For. Cats.when we go. To. Our. Orignal. Vet. Its. Always. New. Staff. We litterly.wait. about. 40. Min before. They.
