We transferred our dog to the Annex Animal Hospital from another clinic, and are so glad we did! Everyone who works at this clinic is so knowledgeable, patient, and friendly, and it’s obvious they care about their furry patients. Their record keeping is also great, and they make it easy for me to keep track of when our dog is due for checkups and booster shots. I’m very happy we moved to this clinic :)

Staff here are great with Rudy. I switched to this office from another and even though i left the neighborhood i will not switch again. I dont find them pushy with services and they genuinely care about the health of your animal. I never leave feeling like they havent done enough for my dog. They also call to follow up to see how your animal is doing which is great. They were always willing to answer my many questions and attend to a very last minute emergency appointment. You can trust these people to take very good care of your baby.

I meant to give them 5 stars the first time. So, 5 stars for AAH, 2 stars for my fingers. I've been taking both of my cats there for over 10 years, the doctors, techs and staff are all very friendly and professional. It's very clear that the people there love animals and are focused on their care and well-being. As a human they are patient and courteous, ready with explanations or recommendations for the best possible care for your pet. If you're considering them for you pet's health care needs, worry not, both you and your pet are in the best of hands.

This is a top notch animal hospital and the staff are wonderful. They have many food choices for both dogs and cats and even some rarer nutritional diet plan foods such as ones made from alternative meats etc.
