My 13 yr., 8 month old Golden was euthanized in August. I must say this was the most uncaring, worst experience I’ve ever had with one of my pets. The doctor came into the room to euthanize her after her port was inserted and didn’t ask me if I was ready for it to happen, she just injected my dog with the drug and said “oh, this sucks”. My dog was still standing and I wasn’t even given time to get her to lay down and for me to hold her before she was euthanized. I was appalled at the lack of caring by this doctor. To make matters worse, her cremation paperwork was mixed up with another dog, an 11-year-old male Golden, who was euthanized at the same time/day, and when I was going home I looked at the paperwork and it had another person’s name on it. I immediately went back to KenTon and talked to the receptionist and I told her what happened, and she was very apologetic and assured me that this should not have happened! She went in the back and straightened out the paperwork and

Kenton animal clinic is nice and the staff is very friendly and kind. It was very clean and they had water and bowls available inside for your animals which was nice especially with it being so hot out. They were very quick as well I didn't have to wait now than 5 minutes to be called in and they answered so of my questions and concerns and took them seriously. They can be a little pricey depending on what you need done but a simple check up and shots was reasonably priced. If you need a procedure done for your pet however I would suggest calling around to find the best price

My 7+ year old guinea pig "Woodstock" recently passed away. I called Ken-Ton Animal Clinic and was told pricing for me to be able to keep his ashes or get the "group price." I of course wanted to keep his ashes as he has been a large part of my life. I was told the process will take about a week give or take. And it did! For a reasonable price, I was given a beautiful locked wooden box, a clay stepping stone with his name and footprints, two paper versions of that, and a beautiful sympathy card from their employees. Woodstock was not even a registered pet there, and I still received compassion and fantastic service. Thank you Ken-Ton Animal Clinic!

As usual the staff are friendly and efficient. My dogs are happy going there and unlike other vets we have been to show no fear of the staff. The services provided have been good and the fees are reasonable.

Compassionate, knowledgeable and fairly priced… what more could you ask for in a veterinary practice? These folks care about animals and their people. I can’t recommend Ken-Ton Animal Clinic highly enough!
