Like most vets, they do not have a visible price list. Went in recently to get pet passports, should be about £60. Whilst there, realised they needed a rabies boosters, should be about £32. What I actually got charged per dog was £170! Went in to complain about the high prices, and was told they should have told me their inflated price structure. That's as close to an apology as I got. Considering how much more they are charging, would assume they might do a better service. Though the dogs have been recently registered with them, they did not update any of the vaccines on the dogs' profiles. Charge more, do less crew.

Small but well equipped premises. Friendly atmosphere. Nurses great and knowledgable , always ready to help and give advice. Vets are great , too. # don’t be afraid to ask about costs , some things ( such as Dentistry ) can be expensive.

The staff here are amazing. Really feels like they care about each and every pet. Everyone is very friendly and kind, and the vets explain everything clearly without ever pressuring you.
