What a disappointment

After over 20 years of being a Client, for the first time I had a sick cat with no appointment. I never just show up but this time I had to . I brought him to the clinic first thing to ask them to check Him and see what was wrong and they were too busy with check ups. They wouldn’t even look at him But handed me a few pamphlets for emergency services in Toronto. I was shocked at the lack of caring or help. It’s funny how helpful they are when you are paying a big bill for services. I am so unimpressed and disappointed. It’s gone way down hill ! I’ll find another vet who actually cares . Shame on you guys !

The staff are incredibly friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. All of my interactions and experiences with them have been nothing short of wonderful and they're always easy to get ahold of when I have a question or need to book an appointment. Would definitely recommend them to pet owners near by!

Always impressed with the service provided by this Veterinary Clinic. I would highly recommend them. Dr. Lindsay Paterson is an excellent Vet. Its a very caring facility. All the staff are great. They take great care of our dog REX

We've been going here for years and are extremely happy with the expertise and care. We moved to Brampton to years ago, and although we've tried two other vets, we've decided to just keep driving back to Rosedale.
