Will not be going back again

3 issues with this location. 1. Charge way too much for an optometrist's exam. Repeat in one year - $149.00. I will be shopping around. 2. Ordered glasses - due to income, have to go with fixed bifocals. Range needed to be changed as I had headaches and severe eye strain. Called the office and was given a hard time over the phone. I decided I needed to come in - still got a hard time from one of the staff - her response "what's wrong with the range? - it looks fine". I said "I am having headaches and can barely see out of them". She then gave me the impression that she couldn't be bothered to help. Made me feel bad as a customer. 3. One pair has lenses coming out - why? These glasses are less than 6 months wearing. I do not feel like a valued customer at all. I will be finding another optometrist for my follow-up appointment and also another dispensary in Airdrie where I feel valued, even with being on a fixed income.

Came into Airdrie Specs to have a routine eye exam. I just moved to Airdrie. I have an extremely complicated and high prescription so finding a new doctor is something that i had dread, however the staff and doctors made me feel so comfortable. Dr. Moradian explained everything with such detail (even more so than my last doctor) once my exam was over I was introduced to the optician who kindly explained all my lens and coating options. I am used to spending an unreal amount on my lenses, and I have to say that the prices are quite reasonable. There are a ton of frame options to choose from, and they were great at explaining which frames would be best for my face and my prescription. Overall, after I left I felt completely confident which the outcome of my eye exam as well as with the glasses and lenses I had purchased. I would recommend any one of my friends or family members to Airdrie specs!

Dr. Denison is very nice and a great doctor but his support staff have never been very friendly or helpful. Once you leave the doctor the selling starts and is pretty aggressive.

I went in to Specs yesterday to get a idea of what my lenses would cost. I was directed to sit and a young man helped me. during the process a price was discuses I tried to get more information re quality wait time etc and although I did get the information. I even asked about a other brands. it was suggested that the other brands were more expensive and that I shop around. After my friend and I had left the store, he pointed out that it was the politest go away that he had heard in a long time. Rudeness will never attract new customers. my advise is to simple stay away 0 stars of 5 can not post with out at least a 1
