I should have read these terrible reviews beforehand! A rundown of the ridiculous experience I had with this eye centre; here's a copy of the email I sent to them (to a Dr. Chan, supposedly). Coincidentally, the only five star review here, is by some one by the name of Chan. As of this date, I'm still waiting for their reply.

Dear Image Optometry - Guildford Town Centre,
To Whom It May Concern:
On March 26, I arrived for my scheduled eye exam, I had set up over the phone. After finishing my comprehensive eye exam from the doctor, I was told by the receptionist (Monica) that I would be privileged enough to receive a free pair of eye glasses. I told her that would be fine. She took a look at my prescription and said that because of my high vision prescription I would have to be charged. Again, I told her that would be fine. I paid for my lenses and eye exam and went home. I thought that was that. Boy was I wrong. After coming home I went to try them on and immediately felt uncomfortable. I was feeling dizzy and they were giving me a headache. I told myself that there is absolutely no way I can wear these or leave them on. They were hurting my eyes. I took them off right away. I've worn glasses thirteen years before and I've never felt this kind of discomfort. From my recollection, that I can still remember I never experienced this with my old glasses. At the store they failed to mention that it might take getting used to wearing glasses again. Additionally I was never fitted the glasses without my contacts. I was rushed. Surprisingly I was even rushed in the office where I was putting back my contacts lenses after my examination trip. She asked me if I was done yet? If I'm done I would be done right? Had I been told that they would need getting used to and had I known they were giving me such pain and discomfort I would not have purchased them right there.
I intended to return them back the following day and I was rudely told I couldn't. It was against store policy. One of the employees even went so far as to presumptuously say that it was my loss and I should accept it. Very disappointing attitude. If you want to insist on dealing with the public that is your clientele like that, you won't have any repeat customers. That isn't what we call very nice customer service. I told him openly this is not customer service. You don't treat customers like that. Customer service shouldn't be like this! Your patronage is risked with such unsatisfactory and unsavory practises. Simply horrible. I told him I would like to speak with any members of your management and he gave me your email and said that I should contact you. I've kept them for one week so far in the hopes of taking them on and sadly that hasn't happened. They're still causing me pain and dizziness. I can't bother wearing them like that. There is absolutely no way I can wear them. It's been a horrible experience. I am not happy with this purchase. As I was never told that my eyes should take getting used to. And as I never had the chance to try them on without wearing contact lenses as they should have told me. Therefore I expect to be refunded in full compensation available. I await your immediate response. Thank you.
Regards,

I will be speaking to Consumer Protection very soon. Heck, I'm even on the verge of taking this to the media.
