The food was prepared and presented very well. I like that there was lots of room for parking. The centre was very clean and presentable. The staff were always moving and on top of the service. Very impressed and happy with the experience.

My wife and I celebrated our wedding at the Terrace Banquet Center this summer and are extremely pleased with their service. The food was fantastic, the bar tenders and wait staff were superb but most importantly we are most impressed with the service and accommodation by the Terrace and the staff involved. Marilu, Robert and Carmen delivered service that was above and beyond what asked for.

My high school grad was held here and it was a suitable banquet. With a graduating class of about 400 people, I’m surprised all the students, staff, and parents could fit. It was hard to find people afterwards though. Depending on the amount of people coming, choose your banquet wisely! This banquet definitely did the job though.

Beautiful venue for weddings and affairs. Offers kosher catering as well. Large banquet hall and dance floor. Separate room for ceremony. Plenty of free parking and conveniently located near Hwy 400.

We had our wedding here in May 2017. The hall and corridors are very well decorated and well maintained. The booking process was satisfactory. Robert the salesman was polite and straightforward enough. Mary Lou the event coordinator was not always accommodating to a different culture's needs (i.e.: South Asian). Using their AV vendor is mandatory, which precludes any shopping around. On the day of the wedding no one met the party that arrived first at the hall, including my wife, at the agreed upon time. Mary Lou ensured someone from management would be at the hall in the morning to coordinate, but we found no one. Finally one of the serving staff directed our people to the dressing area. The caterers arrived and delivered the food. At this point the serving staff informed our people that they would not prepare the appetizers on dishes, that they were not supposed to do this. I was on the road and tried calling management again but no answer, so I eventually had to ask my family to prepare the appetizers for the serving staff to serve. Mary Lou had not warned us of this. Terrace's customer service was deplorable. Not only was management not present to help ensure the event ran smoothly the day of, but they had not prepared the corridor as planned. The serving staff, in addition to the appetizer issue, were not very attentive or enthusiastic when serving. I truly regret my family and I had to experience Terrace's customer service on our wedding day. To be fair, the aesthetics of the venue added to our pictures, but overall this was a disappointing buy.
