I bought my Coach 23RF pontoon here last year. My experience has been very positive. I have been very happy with the Coach and I get comments from people that can't believe that it came with all the extras on it as standard equipment. I also bought some deck sections and support cross beams. They had everything I needed and it was a fair price.

Best stocked store for anything you need to maintain or purchase boat, dock, or hoist. Great staff who are always helpful, experienced, and knowledgeable.

The people at Docks and Decks have been 100 percent professional. I wish I went with them instead of their competitor Mike Lockwood at Titan Dock and Lift. The contrast in professionalism is detailed below. I have never dealt with a more dishonest , unscrupulous, and unethical company! The owner Mike Lockwood took $8100 from me and told me the job would be done within a week. It is approaching a month and he continues to blame Fed Ex , a manufacturer that denies working with him, the weather, and anyone or anything else he can think of to avoid responsibility. He stated the manufacturer Lakeshore didn't ship the right materials and when I contacted them directly they report never working with him or his shady company. He then blamed Fed Ex for his shipping issues and refused to provide me with tracking information. He reports being in business for 23 years and after some due diligence , I was informed he is considered the bottom of the food chain in this industry and my experience is par for the course. He likes to drop big names like Bob, aka Kid Rock , tell me he works with athletes, and celebrities. I told him what would impress me is that he completes my job and return the $2600 balance he owes me. I will be posting this on all review sites, contacting the BBB and most likely will end up in court. I should have gone with the reputable company Decks and Docks , and not a pathological liar and fraudster. It is my hope that my review will protect future consumers from working with such an unethical company, and its owner Michael Lockwood! June 27, 2017 "I will be sending 2 of my workers tomorrow to install the last 2 items per invoice. 1 Canopy Frame and 1 Canopy Cover. When they are done, they will hand you your reimbursement in the amount of $2600.00 And that's it. There's nothing else to discuss. Please stay out of their way." This is his message yesterday and I've heard this story for a month. "I don't "stiff" people. I've been in business 23 years. I maintain 300 year-round customers. A lot of whom YOU pay good money to go see at games and concerts. You drive their cars. I am well respected in this industry." As you can see he doesn't care about the little guy, rips us off and takes care of preferred customers, horrible policy. This is the topper, Lakeshore said they never have and never would do business with him or his company. "For the brand new lift-" "When I was told yesterday that Lakeshore dropped some of the wrong material, I immediately called and told them to ship the correct material. I will pay for the shipping. That is the motor Install kit and the tan cover. They said it will be here tomorrow (Friday) No idea what time. But when it comes, we will drop what we're doing and bring it and install it. Will take an hour. So new Lift will be complete. " "The canopy frame and the tan cover for the old Lift I was told to be 10 business days out. It is a different Lift than than the new vertical one that he bought. I explained this. Now I'm told 5 business days out. Don't hold me to that. I will speak to them again tomorrow and nail it down better." Remember this was a small job that was supposed to be done within a week , a few jet ski lifts and covers. I think you get the gist of my experience and have now heard directly from Michael Lockwood. This is a small sample of lies and excuses that I've received for over a month. I will update you tomorrow to see if he actually completes the job as promised above and refunds the money owed or if I will calling Docks and Decks to finish the job.

Jay and Steve at Decks & Docks installed a power bimini for us and they did a great job! They offered to buy our old bimini to reduce the cost for us and they handled pontoon pick up, delivery and scheduling without hiccups. Great job guys!
