I wanted to Rate 3.5 stars but no half ratings. The good Friendly and fun staff. An enjoyable group. One of the cleanest gyms I have been to. The Bad Not really a 24 hour gym even though is advertised as such but membership includes access to full 24 hour clubs. -.5 stars The Ugly While it's not overly common when equipment or facilities go offline, it takes an unreasonable amount of time to repair or replace equipment. Sometimes an entire season. -1 stars

Only reason I choose Goodlife membership was because of the steam room, whenever I came here in the night time it is never in working condition. I understand that for cleaning you need to shut it off but you should let the person know in the membership agreement or verbally that during this specific time the steam room will be out of order so i don't bother coming there.

Not safe for women. No amount of clothing can save you from the horrendous men eye banging women. Massive amounts of disrespect from people there. Been followed out to my truck numerous times from the men trying to talk to me at the gym. Been told how unattractive it is for women to lift heavy weights. Had to have a stranger stand up for me from a group of guys being disgusting and rude. Will never go back to this location. Love GoodLife as a service/business. Trash location.

Employees are great... always friendly... enjoy working out here; I drive 15 km out of my way 5-6 days a week to work out here, even though there is a GoodLife gym close to where I live. However, only 2 stars deserved because of the ridiculous amount of time to get the steam room door repaired! I question management or owner's loyalty... who deserves loyalty more - clients or the maintenance contactor? Ludicrous how long it is taking, and when asked... always the same patronizing response. Oh well...

Total Rip off. Worst Customer service. Went to ask about membership in the night time and the attendant was sleeping with headphones plugged into his ears.
