I have been going to spa lady for 6 months and i love the atmosphere. The staff are so friendly and are always happy to answer any questions. The classes are fun and even as a newbie i felt comfortable. I had a trainer when i first started and it was the extra push i needed to make a change in my fitness journey.

I just recently signed up at this spa lady location with the referral from my mother in law! They have been nothing but helpful and positive in my fitness journey! I have been training with one of their wonderful trainers Danielle, and she is amazing. Showing me a whole new world of working out to build muscle, and already after only a couple weeks I am feeling stronger then ever before... not to mention realizing I had muscles that I didn’t even know exsisted!

I’ve been going to this Spa Lady location for around 12 years. It is a wonderful, supportive atmosphere and accepting of women of all abilities. I started training with Amy a year ago, and I’ve learned so much from her. Love the Zumba classes (especially Friday night and Saturday at noon). Highly recommend!

Thank you so much to my trainer, Cassidy, I give her 5 out 5. And my daughter’s trainer, Hailey, because they are so kind and they make my experience here awesome. I put 3 stars instead of 5 because of the service. They promised that no men would come in, but I often see men walk in, and he’s able to see everyone. The reception is really far from the door, so by the time people get to the reception, they can see everyone. This my biggest concern.
