Extremely pushy. Do not seem like they want to be flexible and offer month to month / drop in rates. Feels like a good way to force insecure women to feel like they cant learn by themselves. Every workout machine has details on how to use . Not able to leave things overnight , so you must haul everything everyday to and from but facility is nice, sauna , straightners and hair dryers, could always be cleaner .West Edmonton needs an all ladies gym that is isn't as intimidating and where the front desk actually seems like they like their job.Front desk should be alert and have a positive attitude with some energy. Especially if they are the first person you see when you walk in . First impressions matter. Signed up at $25 bi weekly. Be upfront with clients. You will make more sales.

The most ugly company ever seen and exist. The only purpose is to rob people off. Not responsible for any fault that they commit and customer has to pay for their fault. If the only purpose is rob people off but not provide customer services then shame on you for every coin that you make. YOU DO NOT DESERVE IT!. Do not recommend to anyone.

The whole staff has been phenomenal. From the moment I first asked about the gym and packages to now has been a very amazing experience. The staff is friendly and knowledgable and is willing to go above and beyond to help you achieve your goals. In particular, I've worked with Shivagni and Jacinta, who I have been very impressed with. I highly recommend this location!

I’ve had 3 training sessions with Kate and they have been great. She has the ability to lead a training session with multiple fitness levels. She was quick to come up with alternatives for the person in the group who had an injury. She kept the session interesting by having different exercises that were both challenging and fun. She is encouraging without being over the top. I found that the session flew by and that I had sore muscles the next day which, to me, is always a sign that I had a good workout. If you’re new to exercise or looking for ways to up your game I highly recommend Kate
