I enjoy what the gym offers for the low prices and I absolutely love the classes that are offered. Their staff and class teachers are the most friendliest people. The music they play in the afternoon is also really good. However there is absolutely no place that they post their schedules, updates or rules online and rarely answer their emails. The only place you can read them are on the random walls they tape the paper on. You can have a premium membership with a guest pass at the age of 16 but you cannot use the guest pass for anyone under 18- which is a huge waste to purchase a premium membership if your friends are under 18. They do not even warn you that your guest must be over 16 when you enroll- Got a friend to travel all the way to WEM and they got denied.

Saw that Crunch was opening in the Canadian Western Bank building, they were having a pre-sale and the doors were open, so I thought I'd inquire about memberships. I walked in and there were 3 people around the desk, and man sitting and 2 ladies standing. They all looked at me and continued talking. I kept walking up and they didn't bother to look at me again. I stood there for a couple LOOONG minutes. They kept talking to each other. I decided to leave. Lord forbid they abandon their conversation and got a client. As I was walking out , one of the ladies finally said hello. Just kept walking out. If they aren't too concerned about customer service BEFORE they have opened, can't image what happens to actual clients. Dodged a bullet!

A big NO for this gym - gym equipment in very bad condition -showers very ugly and dirty all togheter in bad condition - they overcharge for everything. If you want to cancel in cancelation rights is specified that you have to die , and only this way you will not be forced to pay them lots of money for the cancelation -very poor in equipment -if you change adress they charge you 100$ -you can almost never find a manager around -as a contract clause , if they stop providing any services you will still have to pay. All togheter stay away from this guys They don’t have a head quarter so all of your concerns or questions will be unresolved! No! No! No ! Don’t sign a contract cuz they will take lots of money for no reason at all!!!! All 5 stars are lies. There is nothing new into this gym except the people in front office I think. Big lies in those good reviews!!!

I sadly agree with the poor reviews of this facility. The floors are always dirty, the change rooms smell and are not cleaned, and the water dispenser had bacterial growth for months before anyone removed it - long after I complained about the growth. The staff are only there to sell memberships. Up to 4 people up front, but nobody knows how to use a broom? I've been going for about 4 months and I've had a cold for half that time after going years without. There is nobody cleaning the machines and the vinegar/water solution in the dollar store bottles and towels are useless. You get what you pay for, but I'd be willing to pay at least double for a clean facility. Oh, and the staff treat the facility like a nightclub with garbage techno/rap music blaring out at ridiculous volumes. The black floors/ceiling with white walls makes the gym feel like a cave and the clientele is mostly 18-35 year old insecure males. Have fun :/ Update: After discussions with management, the gym has improved by a significant margin. The floors and washrooms are noticeably cleaner, the music has been somewhat tamed (for the most part), and new equipment has been installed in a logical manner. Management is aware of the challenges and are diligently working to resolve them.

Best gym I've ever been to! The equipment just got upgraded so everything feels super smooth and is in perfect shape. Also the staff that work there are so friendly and positive.
