TLDR: doctor didn’t prescribe meds for something anyone could diagnose so I ended up in hospital six hours later. I’ve been to this clinic twice and seen two different doctors and both have been very dismissive. They are very much focused on getting people in and out, your health is not a real issue. This last time I went in with swollen Lymph nodes to which Dr. Barry decided against giving me antibiotics and instead told me to get an ultrasound. I have already had an ultrasound of this. Which he is aware as he pulled up the record in front of me. I asked again for antibiotics as that fixed the issue last time and I would prefer that it was treated. He again dismissed that idea. Six hours later I ended up in the ER due to lack of treatment with the swelling having progressed up my chin to my face. I have now spent a week getting IV antibiotics for something that could have been treated early on had the doctor done his job and prescribed a proper medication. I’ve lost a week of work with the IV having to be kept in my arm and had I been a person without paid sick time I could have been in huge trouble. I’ve worked as an hourly employee and know how much not getting paid for a week can hurt. I can appreciate trying to get to the root of the problem but ignoring overnight swelling on someone’s throat is not a good idea. I hope this review is taken to heart so some good might come out of this happening to me. People are going there because they are sick and need help. Not for you to get as much money as possible by not even taking five minutes with a patient. Medi-centres that take walk-ins are supposed to try and combat people going to the hospital. Not leave them needing to go there because of laziness or incompetance on the doctors part.

Really bad experience with 2 doctors! 1) Dr. Wong and 2) Dr. Chen. I agree with other reviewers who say Doctors at this clinic are dismissive! They do nothing but waste your time. They won't even examine you because "there is not enough time" -What?! I thought the point of going to the doctor was to find a remedy?!

Extremely unorganized clinic. I had an appointment at 1pm but didn't get seen until around 4pm because the Doctor checked off he had already seen me. The front staff were rude and unhelpful. Worst run clinic I've been to. I will never be going back nor would I ever recommend this clinic to family or friends.

Not a walk in clinic. If you show up when they are open they just gonna turn you around and tell you that the doctor doesnt start for an other hour. Disappointed.

I love this place. people are amazing. Dr. Wolliscroft is the best Doctor around. He is pleasant, kind and if my son is comfortable with him he has to be amazing. Thanks to everyone who works there.
