They have many types of yoga. I go there to do Avita Yoga. I love it. I've probably done every type of yoga, and it is the one I've evolved in to. Plus, the entire studio is so great. I look forward to coming as much as I can. Thank you to you all.

The owner is all about financial gain. He pretends he is more experienced than he is and steals approaches and sequences from more experienced practitioners without giving them credit. He is ultimately a business man looking to make a profit and badmouths other studios and teachers. My husband tore his Achilles’ tendon in the owner’s class.

I love how authentic the teachers are at yoga loft. They've all been amazing but Sarah W. and Hannah really stand out and I seek out their classes. I got up early this am just because Sarah was teaching. The view is also incredible and the props are good quality. Overall it's got the best vibes I've found in a yoga studio in Boulder. Thanks for creating such a beautiful space.

I like everything about yoga loft, from the employees/instructors to the facility and its views of the Flatirons. The class offerings are frequent and varied enough to fit just about any schedule or desired practice. Yoga Loft also provides a supportive community and safe environment that encourages exploration and trying new things.
