Only has 1 power/squat rack which is extremely inconvenient in such a high traffic gym. The gym has terrible space management, too many treadmills and machines that no one uses. No space to do deadlifts, Olympic lifts or stretch.

Good gym to workout in, machines are decently maintained, change rooms are clean, the free weight section would be better if it was a little bigger, lots of parking as you use mall parking. The reasons its 4 stars is that 90 percent of the front desk staff do not even say hello, they look tired or miserable, when you leave they are usually busy talking with other staff members and do not acknowledge you. I have even said hello and bye and was totally ignored. Other than that it's a good place to workout.

Good equipment but coaches are not so good)) they are more about selling products not coaching

Clean facility but that's about it. Lack of equipment. Not enough barbell and free wieghts and only one squat rack for the entire gym and it's usually used by people that curl on a squat rack. Staff attitude is unfriendly at best. They are too busy on their phones or gossiping with one another. Not even a hello at the front desk. They just point the scanner at you as they surf on their phones. Trainers are horrible too. Watching them from a distance, they lack the basic knowledge of proper form for a basic movement. This is with most trainers there but I notice this most with a trainer named Grant. Not paying attention and just going through the motions and not even correcting bad form/movements. Just pumping them through to get the hour done. Just his general tone and facial expression when instructing was very piss poor and uncaring for paying clients.
