I enjoyed this sudio for over a year with great results for my sciatica pain. All instructors hane been wonderful each with an individual style. Meghan. Martina. Tim. Alina. Katherina. Sophie and of course Nahid. The tragedy is that it has now closed. For ever. Great sorrow.

These days you really need to explore to find a studio like this. From what I've experienced, holding space and feeling warmth (not due to room temperature) were the first two things that captured me. And then the practice itself. Ugh. It was soooooo good. I'm quite grateful to have found a studio so close to home. Tucked in away from close enough to walk and far enough to not always hear the honking. And there first time 2 week pass is an amazing deal for what they offer. Everything is very inviting from the moment you step in the door!

Great place. Calming. Relaxing. Great for the beginner or returning persons to yoga.

I was long looking for a yoga studio like this. The management is very selective about their instructors. The instructors are very caring and you get to have semi-private sessions as they classes are not crowded at all. If you have been looking for a grounded yoga experience where people are practicing yoga and mediation in its real sense, you may want to visit Yogana Studio!

Yogana is a great little yoga studio with friendly staff who have a professional attitude. It's a quiet sanctuary just one minutes walk from Lonsdale. As with any good yoga studio, it's the welcoming community that makes it such a wonderful place to meditate and contemplate. Highly recommended.
